Huge, gorgeous studio now available. Hardwood floors, oversized windows facing South and West, a balcony, two closets, and renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, white Caesarstone counters, and dishwasher, recessed lighting and marble bath- these all make this an ideal studio.
True North Union Square, the brand's flagship, was initially constructed in 1897 by architects Marsh, Israels & Harder and maintains today the ornate facade with Romanesque and Beaux-Arts elements. Following a significant renovation in 2013, each of the 48 rental units has its own outdoor space and modern design features. The building has a roof deck, gym, complimentary wifi, bike storage, laundry room, virtual doorman, package room, keyless Latch entry, and is pet friendly.
