Before founding Mirador, Karla launched one of the youngest woman-owned real estate firms in the United States, surpassing $1M in sales by the age of 25. Earlier in her career, she served as a White House OMB staffer, gaining experience that sharpened her leadership and analytical skills. Over the years, she has trained more than 1,000 agents, overseen 15,000+ transactions, and currently serves as a co-chair with the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). Outside of her professional achievements, Karla is a foster animal advocate and avid traveler.
